…love that their residence at The Village on Morehead is spacious, that the building is upscale and near hospitals, and that they feel safe when taking Peabody out for walks.
It was important to us that we got a size [apartment] large enough to incorporate our lifestyle, to allow our grandkids to visit, for us to host these social events that we’ve talked about. These all came into the decision-making process.
We won’t miss having to take care of all the upkeep and maintenance of a house and the cleaning and repairs. We’re looking forward to divesting all of that and spending more time doing things that we want to do.
