You’re going to have great views. There’s no reason why a senior living community has to feel like a senior living community. It should feel more like a high-end resort or a vacation location but also comfortable.
We wanted to respect the context of some of the older buildings around here and really tie [The Village on Morehead] to the neighborhood. The design has some traditional detailing, but it’s clean, it’s simple, with a lot of modern characteristics.
