Charlotte, NC – October 21, 2024 – The Village on Morehead recently celebrated its grand opening with a reception at the 192-unit senior living community. Held on multiple floors of the new 10 story building, the evening was a celebration of sophisticated senior living. Guests mingled in the beautifully furnished reception areas and on the expansive outdoor terrace enjoying the verdant, elegant atmosphere. More than 200 guests enjoyed live music, aperitifs and passed appetizers. An elegant dessert station was featured in the community’s main dining room, The Morehead Grill. Two model residences were open for guests to experience the spacious units that feature floor to ceiling windows, balconies and impeccable finishes used throughout the building. Tours were a popular attraction, with many guests reserving their new homes, and some floorplans already experiencing limited availability.
