Reserved garage parking spaces are part of amenities for residents. Safe and easily accessible, you can come and go as you please. If you’d prefer, the valet will bring your car around and re-park it when you return. The Village on Morehead also offers convenient transportation to chauffeur you to shopping, appointments, and other local destinations.

One of residents’ favorite amenities, our concierge is ready to help you navigate daily details of life. We can help you send packages, arrange reservations, or purchase event tickets. Order groceries, flowers, or pharmacy items and we will deliver them to your door. We also can provide recommendations for local attractions and upcoming events. If you have any question, just ask. Resident Private Events
As a resident, you have access to the private dining room and other beautiful spaces at The Village on Morehead. We will schedule and reserve space for your private event, such as birthday parties, anniversaries, or family get-togethers. We also can help you organize and arrange for food, flowers, and other festive items.
